Sheduling

Appointments made online via our Online Booking System must be made 24 hours in advance. The online system will not allow appointments to be scheduled after this period. If you require an appointment with less than 24 hours advance notice, please call the location your appointment is booked at and we will attempt to meet your needs.

Reserving an appointment

We value our clients, and your time, and want to ensure you get your preferred appointment time and the service you desire. We book on a first-come-first-serve basis, and provide multiples ways for you to book: online, by phone, email, or in person. In order to reserve your appointment time, we do require a credit card to be filed under your account in our secured online system.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If for any reason Client cancels their appointment more than 2 days (48 hours) before the Appointment date, we will be able to reschedule or fully cancel the appointment with no penalties. Cancellation or Rescheduling must be made directly to Purely Petaluma location or the Stylist by phone or email. If Client fails to supply an effective cancellation as specified before the appointment date or cancels within 2 days of the appointment date, The Moon Room will charge 50% of the service cost on the card that is saved on file. If Client fails to supply an effective cancellation and “no calls” or “no shows” the Client shall be required to pay the full balance on the card that is saved on file.

Refunds, Corrections, and Exchanges

The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the Goods/ Services unconditionally unless a claim that the Good(s)/ Service(s) are defective is made within 2 weeks from the date of transaction.
We do not offer service refunds. If for any reason Client is unhappy with the final result or experience, the client has 2 week after the appointment date to notify Purely Sonoma or stylist who performed the service. In the case of an unsatisfactory outcome Purely Sonoma is willing to discuss a solution depending on the situation at hand. In reasonable cases, We are happy to resolve an issue to correct a service conflict in place a monetary refund.

Additional Policies and Considerations

Products, Allergies & Reactions

Purely Sonoma Offers luxury products that are either completely Organic, Natural, or NonToxic. In which case, the chance of an allergic reaction may be minimized due to the lack of harmful ingredients. However, Natural and Plant-based ingredients can be just as likely to cause a reaction if there is an allergy present to one of the ingredients. By signing this consent form you are consenting that we will not be at fault if any reaction occurs while using our products. Likewise, in order to lower and prevent the risk of reaction, and to please provide a list of any known allergies to us.

Pictures & Content Creation

As a business, Purely Sonoma thrives when we share our work. For Documentation practices we may take before and after pictures to reference. However, We also would like to request consent to post or share images to our social media platforms and/or website. (Services that are private or personal will not be photographed- This does not apply to these services). If you do not want a picture shared on any of our social platforms, you must notify us of this.
